A Mountain Elopement Above the Clouds

When Salomėja and Tomas reached out about their symbolic ceremony in the mountains, their vision was beautifully simple: a cozy, heartfelt moment where vows would be the true centerpiece. They wanted naturalness above all—no music, no formalities—just the sound of wind and the raw presence of nature surrounding them.

Their wish was to feel completely at ease. Relaxed. Themselves. A ceremony free of stiffness, where laughter would be welcome and emotions unfiltered.

And so we found ourselves in Serra da Estrela, surrounded by gentle mountain silhouettes washed in golden light. There, among grey Portuguese rocks and blooming spring fields, they exchanged personal vows — quietly, sincerely, entirely as themselves. 

The ceremony unfolded as a reflection of their journey: from what they first thought of each other to a proposal delivered between countertops and cupboards — a simple kitchen moment that somehow led to this breathtaking mountain moment.
